A little bit About Matt: 

Emigrating from Japanin 1981, ‘Matt’ Masafumi Iwama was thoroughly convinced that life in the USA offered the values and virtue he so desired.  Matt and Shirley were married in 1984 and he was well on his way to building new homes and remodeling old ones.    America truly was his new home. 1989 Matt incorporated the predecessor construction company whose main business is land development and construction of new homes.  He has a long history  of  success  and acclaim as a builder/developer. 

 

Matt serves as director of two other Real Estate Investment companies, as a designated broker for a mortgage brokerage firm (Masterpiece Mortgages a Division of Masterpiece Financial Network, LLC www.MasterpieceMortgages.com) and a broker for a new real estate company (Masterpiece Properties LLC www.ClickNorthwestHomes.com).  He has spent his entire working life in the construction and real estate industries as a market participant.  Because his experience is based on actual life experience, his thinking and approach to these matters orients to bring actual problem solving and practical solutions.

 

He regularly advises and consults with builders, developers as well as individuals who desire to become ‘Matt’s Method’ builders.   He especially enjoys those meetings because he is giving back what this country has given him and this is his time to give ‘something back’. Matt is a member of South center Rotary Club and involved with community service oriented activities.  Matt is a member of the California Bar and had an office in Beverly Hills. He is currently managing a law practice at Iwama Harper PLLC. Iwamaharperlaw.com. He is licensed to practice law in California and currently waiting for the result of July 2007 Washington State Bar Examination which he took for the first time in Washington.
