A little bit About Matt:
Emigrating from Japan in 1981, ‘Matt’ Masafumi Iwama was thoroughly convinced that life in the USA offered the values and virtue he so desired. America truly was his new home. 1989 Matt incorporated the predecessor construction company whose main business is land development and construction of new homes. He has a long history of success and acclaim as a builder/developer.
Matt serves as the designated broker for Masterpiece Properties LLC (www.ClickNorthwestHomes.com). He has spent his entire working life in the construction and real estate industries as a market participant. Because his experience is based on actual life experience, his thinking and approach to these matters orients to bring actual problem solving and practical solutions.
He regularly advises and consults with builders, developers, real estate investors, agents and other brokers. He especially enjoys those meetings because he is giving back what this country has given him and this is his time to give ‘something back’. Matt is a member of South center Rotary Club and involved with community service oriented activities. Matt is a member of the California Bar and had an office in Beverly Hills. He is currently practicing law at Iwama Law Firm. He is licensed to practice law in California and Washington. The law firm offers real estate escrow service, Chapter 7,11 and 13 bankruptcy, will and trust, probate and handles a full range of real estate law issues.
